Deluxe Utility Pad Holder 3½" x 9" with 360° swivel radius w/ universal locking collar. Can be used with both threaded screw-type ACME or straight, non-threaded handles! Strength by design: Double ribs 5" x ¾” along top surface to Minimize warping and breakage. Features a unique adjustable set screw that controls up, down and side Movement of handle at pivot-point. Both of the two “set screws”, can be tightened to LOCK the head in place so that it will notMove. Both screws can be unscrewed/loosened for the head to swivel freely in any position you choose. This is an important advantage when cleaning baseboards, stairs, walls and ceilings. Fits 7/8”x 1” diameter handles.
