All regularly stocked items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, when returned unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please call customer service 855-299-5455 for your Return Authorization, which is required for all returns from Click Janitor Supply.
Product may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to be deducted from the amount due.
A return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
Any original order shipping charges to you (paid at the time of checkout) cannot be refunded.
